Infusionsoft University with Benelds is for you if:

  • You’re the owner of or handle the marketing for your small business, and would like to learn the basics of Infusionsoft
  • You’ve mastered the basics and are ready to start building more complex campaigns
  • You’re the primary user of your Infusionsoft app, and have wondered how else you can grow sales and maximize your time

University is designed to take your experience with Infusionsoft to the next level. In this three-day course, our experts teach you (or your team) everything you need to know to maximize your use of Infusionsoft.

On the first day, you’ll cover the fundamentals of using Infusionsoft. (Even if you’ve already mastered the basics, you’ll still learn a new trick or two—we’d bet on it.) You’ll spend the next two days polishing your automation skills. You’ll leave University confident in your ability to effectively implement processes and automation strategies.

University is designed to give you:

  • A broader perspective of how you can use Infusionsoft in creative new ways
  • Hands-on support from Infusionsoft experts
  • Space to collaborate, problem-solve, and brainstorm with other business owners in classroom-style training

Precourse (Online)

The precourse is our way of helping you or your team get up to speed before Infusionsoft University (it’s included in your registration). You’ll receive the details for viewing the precourse once you’ve completed your Infusionsoft University purchase.

It covers navigating the user interface, basic application functions, and other key things you’ll need to know in order to make the most out of the event. We use the precourse to establish a baseline of knowledge and to minimize things that may otherwise be hurdles to your success during the live course.

Day 1

On your first day of the event, you’ll be introduced to the basics of Infusionsoft. Our experts will teach you how to make a good first impression on prospects, understand and segment your contact data, and build the campaigns that will have the biggest impact on your bottom line.


Campaign Builder

Create marketing campaigns that get results

  • How to design and build simple (yet effective) campaigns
  • New ways to leverage more than one goal type in your campaign

Webforms & Landing Pages

  • How to create and publish a lead capture webform

Contact Import & Segmenting Data

Use what you know about your contacts

You’ll Learn:

  • How to organize and import your contacts

  • Strategies for tags and custom fields
  • The quickest way to search and query your database
Day 2

Now that you’ve mastered the fundamentals, you’ll spend the next two days learning how to make the most out of the tools in your Infusionsoft application. Don’t feel ready? Don’t worry! Our experts are there every step of the way to answer questions and make sure you’re on the right track.


Campaign Builder

Understand the changes you make to current campaigns

  • How to modify/edit campaigns with confidence

Email Etiquette

Ensure your messages travel safely from draft to inbox

You’ll Learn:

  • The importance of practicing list hygiene to ensure addresses in your email lists are current, active and deliverable
  • How to avoid spam trigger words to ensure your emails don’t end up in the spam folder

Forms & Note Templates

Identify areas where automation can save you time

You’ll Learn:

  • How to save yourself time by automating internal processes
  • The importance of using notes, tasks, tags and internal forms effectively to optimize efficiency

Lead Source Tracking

Track your lead sources to find out what’s working (and what you can scrap)

You’ll Learn:

  • How to understand and use Infusionsoft Analytics
Day 3

You’ll spend your last day of University reviewing what you learned and going through some complex scenarios, so you leave confident in your automation abilities.

  • How to implement and adapt an “abandoned cart strategy”
  • How to make your life easier by understanding and leveraging the campaign dropdown menu

Lead Scoring
